About the Role

We are seeking skilled individuals to provide care and support to clients in their homes, assisting them with daily living activities and ensuring their needs are met. This is a casual position requiring early starts to support our clients' goals.

Salary Information

$38.26 - $40.25 per hour (SCHADS Home Care Aged Care Casual L3) plus superannuation and salary packaging options.

Job Description

As a Home Care Assistant, you will work closely with clients to provide tailored support, following their individual care plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and daily living assistance, including medication administration and domestic tasks
  • Assisting clients with transportation and community access
  • Monitoring client condition and reporting changes or concerns
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support – Ageing or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with clients with cognitive and physical limitations
  • A valid Queensland driver's licence and comprehensive insurance
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to undergo a satisfactory personal history check
