About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Telstra. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining telecommunications and technology products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain telecommunications and technology products and services to the highest standards.
  • Provide seamless service rectification and product installations to satisfy our customers.
  • Maintain and manage fibre network technology, core network technology, and data services.
  • Perform customer premises equipment maintenance and installation for both consumer and business customers.
  • Fault find over copper networks in rural or remote settings.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Telecommunications.
  • Open cabling license.
  • Traffic management qualifications.
  • Industry white card.
