Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Security Team Member who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide security services at Pacific Werribee, supporting all establishments' tenants, guests and visitors.
  • Build key tenant relationships, manage access, respond to client requests, and ensure safety and security for the site.
  • Manage emergency situations and demonstrate proactive security awareness.

Requirements:

  • Current NSW/VIC/SA/WA/ACT/QLD Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable.
  • Apply First Aid Certificate.
  • Provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate.
  • Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential.
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • The confidence and ability to take ownership of service delivery.
  • The ability to complete reports using various platforms.
  • Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate-appropriate.
  • High-level problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations.
  • Valid work rights in Australia.
  • Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours.
  • Availability across 7 days/nights.
