Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our analytics department, you will play a crucial role in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for digging into complex business and product challenges, uncovering hidden trends and patterns, and translating them into actionable recommendations that shape real outcomes.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your work makes a tangible difference.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Tackling complex business challenges by designing smart approaches and applying data-driven analysis to solve them.
  • Diving into exploratory analysis to uncover trends, generate insights, and test hypotheses.
  • Building dashboards that keep key metrics and performance at everyone's fingertips.
  • Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and business teams to shape decisions and solutions.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience turning data into actionable insights that drive decisions.
  • Strong skills in Tableau (or similar tools) to design impactful dashboards and visualisations.
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling stories for non-technical audiences.
  • A self-starter with initiative and ownership, able to deliver with autonomy.
  • Collaborative and confident partnering with stakeholders across the business.
