About the Role

The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agricultural Education Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Education Program, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality curriculum materials and assessment tools to support the delivery of engaging Agricultural education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop curriculum materials and assessment tools to support Agricultural education
  • Work with the Education Team to achieve its objectives and plan, design, and inspire meaningful teaching and learning experiences
  • Coordinate and deliver Primary Preview Day (SRES) and Discover Ag Pavilion at the Sydney Royal Easter Show (SRES)
  • Assist in coordinating other year-round education events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, schools, and industry partners

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Education, Agricultural Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in curriculum development and education program management
  • Strong understanding of the NSW Curriculum and Agricultural education
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
