Job Description

As a senior healthcare professional, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team of clinicians in delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

The role involves working collaboratively with management to support change and service improvement initiatives, focusing on innovative models of service delivery that are centered around best practice and patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of clinicians in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement innovative models of service delivery that are focused on best practice and patient-centered care.
  • Collaborate with management to support change and service improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Manager of Specialist Clinics to operationalize clinical services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of relevant Allied Health or Nursing Degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a multidisciplinary team with at least 7 years post-qualifying experience.
  • Completion of a postgraduate qualification in dementia care (desirable).
  • Australian working rights.
