Home and Community Occupational Therapist

About the Role
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care to aged care clients living in the community.
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to promote independence and restore functional abilities.

As an occupational therapist, you will be part of a supportive and positive team environment that values personal well-being and one another. You will work closely with a dedicated team to assess occupational therapy needs and develop tailored programs for aged care clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the relevant professional regulatory body.
  • Postgraduate experience working with various aged care services, including community settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess occupational therapy needs and develop tailored programs.
