About the role

The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering strategic and operational human resource management, employee engagement, and industrial relations activities for one or more business units. This includes collaborating with leaders to provide expert advice and coaching on people-related matters and driving HR initiatives aligned to business objectives.

About you

You will have a tertiary qualification and several years of relevant experience in a medium-sized company, preferably with expertise in workplace investigations, remuneration methodologies, and Enterprise Agreements.

As a motivated and process-oriented individual, you will excel at managing multiple priorities, building relationships with internal stakeholders, and thriving in a dynamic environment.
