This role offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various business groups at an airport setting.

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering human resource management, employee engagement and industrial relations activities. You will work closely with leaders to provide strategic and operational advice and coaching on people-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Head of Human Resources
  • Delivering human resource management, employee engagement and industrial relations activities
  • Providing strategic and operational advice and coaching on people-related matters
  • Delivering HR initiatives aligned to business goals
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualified with several years of relevant experience in a medium-sized company
  • Sound understanding of legislation and standards applicable to employment conditions
  • Experience in undertaking workplace investigations, remuneration methodologies and Enterprise Agreements
  • Motivated, people and process-oriented individual
  • Capable of building and maintaining solid relationships with internal stakeholders
