Job Title: Oshc Coordinator Kippa Ring State School

We are seeking an experienced educator to lead our Outside School Hours Care service at a state school in North Brisbane. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team, strong and clear communication skills, and a desire to become a service leader.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 32 hours per week, including 4 non-contact administration hours. You will work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours of Monday - Friday, managing a team of Educators onsite, including roster management and day-to-day operations.

The successful applicant will be passionate about developing and facilitating engaging child-centered programs, fostering healthy relationships with children, schools, and communities. They will have experience in leading teams, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality education and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing child-centered programs
  • Fostering positive relationships with children, schools, and communities
  • Leading a team of Educators, including roster management and day-to-day operations
  • Managing compliance and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • A national police check and a state check for working with children
