System Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced System Professional to join our team at a leading organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in ERP systems, specifically JDE System.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day support of incidents and service requests, adhering to SLAs set within the business.
  • Timely resolution of system tickets and bugs.
  • Documentation and evaluation of existing and proposed processes and procedures.
  • Collaboration with internal and external teams to investigate problems and recommend solutions.
  • Management and execution of testing and support for UAT.
  • Presentation of recommendations and system improvements to business stakeholders (regular stakeholder engagement).

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in application support, developing and supporting ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, including Yardi, JDEdwards, MS Dynamics, Oracle EBS, SAP, and AP/GL ledgers.

Requirements:

  • A flexible hybrid model (2 days a week in the office)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
