Job Title

This is a senior role with the possibility of extension as a Team Leader. The position involves providing strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to a client service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage team operations to meet high-volume client demands while maintaining service quality and consistency.
  • Lead a team of Client Service Officers and Senior Client Service Officers to deliver high-quality, client-focused services.
  • Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to support professional growth and service excellence.
  • Develop and manage team rosters and schedules to meet forecasted client demand, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Prepare and review achievement plans for team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the centre's knowledge base, systems, and procedures to support consistent service delivery.
  • Manage recruitment processes and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support team goals.
