Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. As a key member of our global FP&A team, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategies and driving commercial success.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes that align with our business objectives.
  • Providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business growth initiatives.
  • Overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize financial performance.
  • Mentoring and developing junior members of the FP&A team to foster a culture of curiosity and deep exploration.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of leading financial planning and analysis teams.
