The Palliative Care team offers an in-home care service to residents of the Australian Capital Territory. This service includes consultations at North Canberra Hospital and inpatient care at Clare Holland House.

We are seeking a skilled medical professional to participate in and provide support to our interdisciplinary team across hospice, community and hospital-based palliative care programs under the supervision of experienced consultants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing medical support to the interdisciplinary team
  • Participating in palliative care programs
  • Collaborating with consultants and other healthcare professionals

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completion of a medical degree or equivalent qualification
  • Registration as a medical practitioner with the relevant authority
  • Experience in palliative care or a related field
