Job Title: Development and Lease Administrator

This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Lease Administrator to join our property group as a key member of the asset management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up new leases, renewals and vacates, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Bulletproof business partnering with Lease Administration, Developments and Projects teams to achieve seamless collaboration.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of lease processes, verifying dates such as lease commencement, rent commencement and review dates.
  • Conduct thorough lease audits on current charges, accurately identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
  • Review monthly rent and secondary charges for all changes processed in the month, guaranteeing tenant invoices are correct and up-to-date.
  • Track fitouts, landlord contributions, payments and balance outstanding, maintaining transparent and accurate records.
  • Verify progress claims on developments and track monthly cost allocations against projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Discuss invoices and payments with suppliers and tenants, fostering open communication and resolving disputes efficiently.
  • Review accuracy of coding of invoices against individual properties and GL codes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Attend meetings with business stakeholders to ensure trackers and status of leases are up-to-date, promoting proactive decision-making.
  • Pursue process improvements on the above tasks, streamlining processes and information distribution to teams.
