Program Manager

The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a childcare service.
They will work collaboratively with families and the school community to provide high-quality care and programs for children.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality programs for children;
- Manage the day-to-day running of the programs and services;
- Coordinate staffing and rostering;
- Ensure compliance with policy and procedures;
- Undertake administrative requirements;
- Work collaboratively with families and the school community.
- Completed or near-completed relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma of Children's Services);
- Sound experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Valid First Aid and CPR certifications;
- Current Blue Card.
