Estates Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated property management professional to lead our Estates function. The ideal candidate will have qualifications and experience in property and estates management, and be ambitious, enthusiastic, and committed to developing a first-class high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our in-house Estates Team with overall responsibility for buildings and grounds maintenance, new build refurbishments, and alterations.
  • Develop and maintain management systems that ensure consistent high performance in areas of customer service, health and safety, quality, and financial management.
  • Support the development and implementation of our Estates strategy to achieve the highest quality services and facilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications and experience in property and estates management.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain management systems.
