**Program Coordinator Role Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a Program Coordinator, you will provide exceptional coordination for our face-to-face courses delivered across various locations on the Central Coast and Newcastle area.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your program management skills in a fast-paced RTO/VET environment. You will be responsible for conducting student inductions, presenting to audiences, attending course start-ups, and graduations when required.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with students and trainers. Your experience in the VET sector, adult education practices, and RTO compliance will be highly regarded.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate programs for clients and students
  • Support the team with enrolments, relationship management, and reporting
  • Conduct student inductions and presentations

**Requirements:**

  • A current driver's license and reliable vehicle

  • Well-developed ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills
