Job Title: Training Coordinator

Role Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Training Coordinator to support our Australian Training Team in the smooth delivery and administration of courses. This role is essential to the success of our global training program and ensures our partners, end-users, and team members receive the resources and support they need to succeed.

You'll play a key role in managing course logistics, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring a seamless learner experience for all who interact with our training in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordination of all pre-course and post-course communications
  2. Training schedule and venue booking administration
  3. Registration and attendee tracking across courses
  4. Logistics management of training equipment, materials, and manuals
  5. Publication of course offerings and updates to internal systems
  6. Processing of Channel Partner invoices and certification issuing
  7. Support for training platforms including Microsoft Teams administration
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a sharp eye for detail. You're confident using tech platforms, juggling tasks, and communicating with a range of stakeholders. Whether it's scheduling training sessions, liaising with venues, or handling course logistics - you bring energy, structure, and a solution-focused mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administration or coordination roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workflow tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
  • Strong commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience with SAP or ERP platforms (advantageous)
