Job Description:

As a Client Account Manager - Airlines, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external customers. You will be the central point of contact for day-to-day operational matters between our company and the airlines, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

The successful candidate will work closely with the National Logistics Manager to manage Third Party Logistics (3PL) performance, participate in regular audits and quality controls, and provide expert advice to customers on logistical and customs information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships
  • Representing the company at internal and external functions
  • Working closely with the National Logistics Manager
  • Participating in audits and quality controls

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven knowledge and experience in a similar role
  • Food Safety and HACCAP qualifications desirable
  • Availability to work a rotating shift roster
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Sound knowledge of the airline catering industry
