Job Description

You will provide first and second level remote operational Systems support and ensure delivery of quality IT services. This is an integral role to the IT Department requiring a high level of interaction with external vendors, internal customers, and employees to ensure the organisation receives optimal business value and ongoing user confidence and satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who has extensive customer service experience, minimum 1-year technical experience in a PC environment, and demonstrable experience working in teams to deliver business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first and second level remote operational Systems support;
  • Ensuring delivery of quality IT services;
  • Promoting a strong internal service culture;
  • Working collaboratively with external vendors, internal customers, and employees to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • Extensive customer service experience;
  • Minimum 1-year technical experience in a PC environment;
  • Demonstrable experience working in teams to deliver business outcomes;
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.

Desirable qualifications include a tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience, and Microsoft Certified Professional Experience.
