About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Environmental Manager to lead our environmental team in the Asia Pacific region. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and developing strategies to improve our environmental performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental management, with experience in managing complex environmental compliance initiatives and programs across functional teams. They will also have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to coach at multiple levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement environmental compliance strategies and programs
  • Manage and coordinate environmental compliance activities across the Asia Pacific region
  • Provide technical support and guidance to regional teams on environmental compliance matters
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective environmental compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in environmental management, with a focus on compliance and sustainability
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in science, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in environmental management in cloud-based infrastructure companies
  • Several years of experience in multinational company environmental program development, deployment, implementation, and verification
