Family Conflict Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to assist families in making informed decisions about their children's future. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and community partners to provide innovative support services for separating families.


About The Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and well-being of our clients. You will be responsible for facilitating therapeutic post-separation case management and group workshops designed to promote healthy relationships between parents and children.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build trust and rapport with diverse client groups. A tertiary qualification in working therapeutically with children and families is essential, as is registration as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. We welcome applications from individuals with experience in collaborative practice models, including trauma-informed mediation.
