About the Job

The Graduate Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner will work closely with colleagues, clients, community partners, and other professionals to develop collaborative approaches that prioritize the best interests of children.

This role involves utilising data recording systems and adapting to evolving organisational priorities while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for collaborative practice with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
  • Utilise technology-enhanced tools to record and track client interactions, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing legislative requirements and sector developments, applying this knowledge to inform practice decisions.
Requirements
  • Registration as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, adhering to Attorney General's guidelines.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in family dispute resolution or a related field, such as working therapeutically with children and families.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
