Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Service Advisor to enhance customer financial wellbeing by delivering exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with general banking transactions, answering questions and queries in a timely manner.
  • Build personal connections through meaningful conversations face-to-face and through direct channels to achieve long-term relationships.
  • Work closely with customers to use in-branch technology and digital banking options to streamline their financial management.
  • Complete thorough Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Process applications for personal loans, credit cards and associated products while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Capture customer feedback and implement corrective actions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
