Job Title: Maintenance Team Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Novotel and Ibis Melbourne Central. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Assist the Chief Engineer in managing projects, including repairs and replacement of plant and equipment.
- Implement systems to manage risk and environmental impact effectively.
- Train and develop members of the Engineering team.
- Prioritize job requests, assign tasks to team, and follow up on completed jobs as required.
