Are you a skilled and motivated Food Maintenance Fitter looking to take your career to the next level or a current Food Maintenance Team Leader? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead our Maintenance Team in the food industry based in Melbourne, Victoria.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled maintenance professionals.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability.
- Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime.
- Daily maintenance on conveyors and other food processing equipment.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
**Requirements:**
- Must have food Industry Maintenance Experience.
- Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or similar.
- Proven experience in a food maintenance role, with a track record of leadership.
- Must be based in Melbourne, Victoria.
- Ability to log into FIX software works completed (Training provided).
- Technical proficiency in maintenance procedures and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Hydraulics and pneumatics (Desirable) experience.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
