Job Title: Logistics, Operations & Warehouse Support

Location: Wollongong, NSW

The Role

This is a varied role that combines logistics coordination, operational support, and hands-on warehouse duties. You'll work closely with our operations manager to ensure our supply chain runs efficiently and that customers receive their orders on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with inventory management, stocktakes, and replenishment
  • Coordinate deliveries with freight providers and track shipments
  • Help with incoming goods, checking deliveries, and managing storage
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks across the business
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all times
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
  • Good communication skills and a team player mindset
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
