Senior Hotel Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Hotel Manager, der unsere Ziele in Bezug auf Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Gästeservice unterstützt. Der Ideal-Kandidat ist ein motivierter Gastgeber mit ausgeprägten Führungsqualitäten, der sich für die Hotellerie und den exzellenten Gästeservice begeistert.

  • Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung des General Managers bei der Gesamtleitung des Hotels mit Fokus auf Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Gäste- sowie Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit.
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung strategischer Projekte und Konzepte.
  • Verantwortung für reibungslose Abläufe in allen operativen und administrativen Bereichen.
  • Präsenz im Haus und lösungsorientierter Umgang mit Gästewünschen, Anliegen und Beschwerden.
  • Förderung eines aktiven Austauschs zwischen den Teams und offene, lösungsorientierte Kommunikation.
  • Weiterentwicklung von Standards und Abläufen unter Einhaltung aller Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsrichtlinien.
  • Mitarbeit bei Budgeterstellung, -kontrolle und Sicherstellung der finanziellen Zielerreichung durch effizientes Kostenmanagement und Umsatzsteigerung.
  • Übernahme von Dutydiensten.
  • Beobachtung aktueller Markt- und Branchentrends sowie Umsetzung neuer Konzepte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Geschäftsleitungsteam.
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Hotellerie oder Tourismus, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine höhere Fachausbildung (HF / FH).
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie.
  • Leidenschaftlicher Gastgeber mit Begeisterung für Hotellerie und exzellentem Gästeservice.
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Organisationstalent und Entscheidungskompetenz.
  • Ausgezeichnete Führungsqualitäten, Kommunikationsstärke und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil.
  • Neugierde und Interesse an aktuellen Trends der Hotelbranche.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
  • Schwere Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office sowie Erfahrung mit Hotelsoftware und Buchungssystemen.
