About The Role

  • Define and implement a customer-focused technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to address customer challenges and drive growth.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on emerging technologies.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Solutions, including Application Engineering and Continuous Improvement services.
  • Coordinate technology solution implementation and support for customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead complex problem-solving initiatives to optimize service delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer support, engineering, and IT.
  • Manage the financial performance of the Technology and Solutions portfolio.
