Job Title: Rehabilitation Professional

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Professional to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary group, you will work closely with clients who have experienced physical and/or psychological injury.

  • You will apply your clinical expertise to develop, implement, and monitor individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Through collaborative teamwork, you will perform assessments, evaluations, and interventions to support clients in their journey towards recovery and return to work or daily activities.
  • Your role will involve liaising with various stakeholders, including medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
