We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a caseload of local employers and generate suitable job opportunities for customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or telemarketing in a service industry, sound knowledge of the local labour market, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and create employment opportunities for customers;
- Bulk and build relationships with employers;
- Deliver exceptional customer service;
- Communicate effectively with diverse groups;
Requirements:
- Holds a current driver's licence;
- Has a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development;
- Has expertise in the local labour market;
- Has experience in sales or telemarketing in a service industry;
- Has advanced administrative skills including ability to type at a high level.
