Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Employment Partners. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong sense of empathy and compassion for people living with disability, illness, injury, or employment barriers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, maintain composure under pressure, and have a background in customer service, sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration.

Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you for success in Employment Services at WISE.

About the Role:
  • Skill Development: Develop strong rapport to understand participants' needs, interests, skills, and experience.
  • Barrier Identification: Identify and assess barriers towards employment and create solutions to support them at work and ongoing.
  • Employment Planning: Create job plans with our participants to support clear pathways into sustainable employment.
  • Training and Support: Increase participants' employability through training and other support services.
  • Networking and Sales: Sourcing employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies.

Requirements:
  • Full Australian working rights.
