In this role, you will utilise a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment.

  • Develop positive partnerships with local employers to create employment opportunities for participants
  • Enhance employability through referral to support services and training
  • Provide in-employment support to sustain employment
  • Market participants' skills to prospective employers
  • Achieve program performance and quality benchmarks

You will be responsible for:
