Infrastructure Technology Expert

As a key member of our IT team, this Infrastructure Technology Specialist role requires an experienced professional with 8 to 10 years of expertise in IT infrastructure and end-user computing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Intune implementation, SCCM migration, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft 365 migration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support, managing installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure device enrollment policies for corporate and BYOD devices using Intune
  • Implement security compliance policies, including encryption, conditional access, and endpoint protection using Intune
  • Manage application deployment via Intune, ensuring seamless software distribution
  • Troubleshoot Intune-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
  • Oversee migration from SCCM to modern endpoint management solutions
  • Handle application packaging, deployment strategies, and patch management
  • Optimize SCCM reporting and monitoring, ensuring compliance with IT policies
  • Integrate SCCM with cloud-based solutions for enhanced scalability
  • Develop custom scripts for automating routine IT tasks and system transformations using PowerShell
  • Optimize workflow automation, reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency
  • Implement PowerShell-based security configurations for endpoint protection
  • Troubleshoot PowerShell scripts, ensuring seamless execution across IT environments
  • Lead on-premises to cloud migration, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity
  • Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams configurations
  • Provide user training and adoption strategies for M365 services
  • Monitor M365 security and compliance, ensuring adherence to industry standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • ITIL Certification
