Job Description

The role of Operations and Supply Chain Capability Manager plays a pivotal part in ensuring the right people, skills, and systems are in place to support our operational and supply chain targets.

  • Collaborate with planning teams to identify short-, medium-, and long-term resource and capability gaps across operations and supply chain programs.
  • Develop and execute workforce capability strategies aligned with our operational and program delivery objectives.

We require an individual with proven leadership experience in operations, supply chain, project management, or capability development, ideally within a similar industry.

About the Opportunity

This is a key position that drives strategic workforce planning and capability development to meet current and future program demands. We need someone who can lead by example, provide direction to the team, and set clear goals and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify resource and capability gaps.
  • Develop and implement workforce capability strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, setting clear goals and expectations.

Eligibility

This role requires a National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level.
