We are seeking a strategic workforce planner to join our Operational Support Centre (OSC) team. In this challenging role, you will play a key part in optimising staff utilisation and strategic workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Workforce Planning - 40%
- Strategic Workforce Analysis - 30%
- Workforce Management Administration - 20%
- Reporting and Analytics - 10%
Your key tasks will include:
- Managing end-to-end roster processes, including building, optimising, and maintaining rosters
- Maximising staff utilisation and recommending strategies to meet service delivery KPIs
- Ensuring rosters align with industrial instruments and policies
- Providing reports and analytics to inform recruitment decisions
- Driving process improvements and implementing innovative solutions
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the business

You will be working on several key areas:
Staff Utilisation: Maximise staff efficiency through effective rostering and scheduling.
Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and implement plans to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
Workforce Management Administration: Manage end-to-end roster processes, including building, optimising, and maintaining rosters.
Reporting and Analytics: Provide reports and analytics to inform recruitment decisions and drive process improvements.
