
Leading Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team of Occupational Therapists. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and growth of clinicians.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical guidance and support to a team of Occupational Therapists, addressing complex cases and developing effective strategies for service delivery.
- Delivering high-quality training and induction programs to new staff members, ensuring they feel confident and supported in their roles.
- Completing thorough quality assurance reviews and providing constructive feedback to enhance clinical services.
- Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support, training, and coaching as needed.
- Developing and implementing exceptional reports and management plans that incorporate innovative strategies and interventions.

Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
- 3+ years of experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferably).
- Registration or eligibility to register with AHPRA.
- A vehicle and driver's license.
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain these before commencement.
