About the Roles

We have exciting opportunities for an Occupational Therapist to join our team, whether they are looking for a leadership role or an new grad position. Living Strength Care can offer the following opportunities:

  1. Senior Occupational Therapist – Take on a leadership role, mentoring and supporting our team while managing a smaller caseload.

  2. Occupational Therapist – Ideal for those seeking a supportive environment to grow, whether you're an experienced therapist with 1 year experience or a recent graduate eager to kickstart your career.

All roles offer flexible options, allowing you to choose between full-time or part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver client-centered care in a community-based setting within a 25 km radius of your home.

  • Manage your schedule flexibly, with the option to complete administrative tasks from home.

  • Collaborate with our team at our Gosford office during monthly meetings and networking events.

  • For the Senior OT role: Provide mentorship and leadership to help our team grow and thrive.

Skills and Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.

  • Registration with AHPRA and an NDIS Worker Screening Check.

  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

  • Experience working with NDIS, DVA, and My Aged Care (iCare experience is a plus).

  • A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for client-centered care.

  • For the Senior OT role: Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, no weekends.
