As a critical member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of major facility developments.

About the Opportunity

Coordinating and ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and aligned to enterprise priorities is key to this position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining schedules, monitoring objectives and risks, and ensuring all project deliverables are captured and stored according to Australia Post methodology.
  • Supporting financial performance through accurate budget forecasting, expenditure reporting, and managing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Enabling collaboration and customer focus by working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and automation initiatives that benefit people, customers, and communities.
  • Championing safety and change adoption by fostering a culture of wellbeing, teamwork, and seamless integration of new ways of working across the program lifecycle.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience coordinating and delivering complex projects or business improvement initiatives, ideally within supply chain, transport, property development, or operational environments.

Key requirements include:

  • 3+ years' experience coordinating and delivering projects or business improvement initiatives in relevant operational environments.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagement across large, complex teams, both internal and external.
  • Strong technical skills in project scheduling, financial reporting, and governance support.
  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, with a focus on critical thinking and financial management.
