About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Director to lead our Education and Care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and care services to children and families.

  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the Education and Care team to achieve service goals and objectives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring that all aspects of the service are delivered to a high standard.
  • Customer Service: Provide quality customer service to children, families, and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and development of the centre.
  • Staff Management: Manage and develop a team of dedicated and passionate educators and care workers.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all aspects of the service meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education combined with ongoing professional development.
  • Qualifications: Current Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk Accreditation.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

What We Offer:

  • Salary Range: $85,800 - $103,000 per annum.
  • Superannuation: 11.5% superannuation guarantee.
  • Leave: 20 days annual leave, 15 days sick leave, and 2 days health and wellbeing leave per annum.
