About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 3–5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing and evaluating programs for children aged 3–5 years in an Early Learning Centre.
  • Work with the Director to ensure compliance with relevant law, regulations, and National Quality Framework.
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment for children.
  • Build strong and effective relationships with children and their families.
  • Ability to form collaborative and positive relationships with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Hold a Diploma or a Cert III in Children Services.
  • Have a current Working with Children Clearance.
  • Completed CHCPRT025 'Identify and report children and young people at risk'.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience working in Children Services, particularly with children aged 3-5.
  • Completed or willing to complete Safe Food Handling training.
  • Have or will complete before starting a First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificate.
