As a Territory Manager, you will lead a service-focused approach to driving growth and excellence across our pharmacy accounts.

  • Nurture and develop existing relationships and accounts across the territory
  • Maximise sales and gross profit across pharmacy accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities through leads, data analytics, and market insights
  • Manage key accounts with excellence, conducting regular reviews and strategic discussions
  • Leverage CRM and IMS data to identify risks and opportunities and to drive performance

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in consumer environments
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and trade data
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning abilities
  • A customer-first mindset with a calm, systematic approach under pressure
  • Confident public speaking and effective communication skills
  • Organisational skills, results orientation, and teamwork capability
  • Strategic thinking and lateral problem-solving skills

The role requires travel by car across multiple sites within the territory daily. A valid full driver's license is essential. To operate effectively, the successful candidate will receive tools of the trade, including a mobile phone, laptop, corporate credit card, and company car, to cover expenses.
