With a focus on delivering exceptional patient care, we are seeking a skilled Retail Pharmacy Leader to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee financial operations, supply chain management, and staff supervision.

  • Financial Acumen: Analyze budget trends, optimize reimbursement strategies, and manage contracts with wholesalers, third-party insurance, and 340B programs.
  • Supply Chain Expertise: Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial planning and budgeting for the pharmacy department.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, suppliers, and healthcare partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare leadership, preferably in a retail pharmacy setting.
