Job Title: Horticultural Team Supervisor

Description:

We are seeking an experienced horticulturist to lead and direct a team of maintenance staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and prioritizing schedules, conducting regular inspections, and communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and prioritize schedules to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or related field
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
  • White Card
  • Valid Drivers' license
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
