Responsibilities
Work with Field Supervisors and Coordinators on projects and acquire skills in planting and pruning trees, shrubs and other plants
Operate basic machinery; maintain and operate irrigation systems
Identify and control weeds, pests and diseases
Contribute to on-the-job learning and training programs
Qualifications and Requirements
Interest in horticulture and outdoor work
Ability to undertake a 4-year fixed-term apprenticeship (on-the-job learning with structured training)
Eligibility to live and work in Australia
