You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and retaining existing small business customers, while developing new business through external relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the needs of your clients to provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Increase customer advocacy and grow revenue to increase the portion of customers who consider our bank their bank of choice.
  • Manage small business lending requests up to $1 million and home lending up to $5 million.
  • Collaborate with Retail Branch and Broker networks to enhance portfolio performance and customer outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience in business or retail banking.
  • A strong understanding of the SME Market and local area knowledge.
  • Excellent customer and relationship management skills.
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
