The successful candidate will have expertise in Connx and Micropay, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate payroll processing, reporting, and data-driven insights to support operational and financial decisions.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze payroll data and generate comprehensive reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations.
  • Payroll Systems Expertise: Utilize Connx and Micropay to manage and process payroll data, troubleshoot system issues, and provide support to payroll teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimizing payroll processes and improving data quality and efficiency through analysis.
  • Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Perform regular audits and reconciliations of payroll data, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll systems and provide insights that support business decisions.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Assist with maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, tax laws, and reporting requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a payroll or HR environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Connx and Micropay payroll systems, with a solid understanding of how they interface with other HR and finance systems.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and reporting software.
  • Ability to manage large datasets, conduct reconciliations, and generate accurate, detailed reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and find actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of payroll legislation, tax compliance, and reporting standards.

**What We Offer:**

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
