Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Global Service Provider Business Unit. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key Service Provider customers outside of Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Built long-term relationships with key stakeholders at Service Provider customers.
  • Developed and executed comprehensive account strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Maintained a deep understanding of Cisco's products and services to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Worked collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in account management, preferably in the Service Provider space.
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from CXO to technical teams.
