**About the Role**

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Brisbane. In this role, you will work directly with clients to provide high-quality support, fostering their independence and enhancing their quality of life. Whether assisting with daily living activities or supporting community engagement, you'll play a vital role in making a positive difference.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized care and support in line with individual support plans.
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients to engage in social, recreational, and community activities.
- Facilitate skill development and independence in everyday tasks.
- Assist with transportation to appointments or outings, if required.
- Uphold client dignity, confidentiality, and rights at all times.
- Monitor and report on clients' progress, health, or concerns to relevant team members.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety standards and NDIS guidelines.

**About You**

We're looking for empathetic and reliable individuals who are passionate about supporting others. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- **Essential**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support and Mental Health, or related field.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening Check).
- Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- **Desirable**:

- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, including high needs or complex behaviours. especilly mental health persons
- Knowledge of NDIS practices and guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
